30-Day Return and Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

Unopened and Unused: All returned or exchanged items must be unopened and unused, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or used for food safety reasons. Due to the consumable nature of hot sauce, we do not offer refunds or exchanges based solely on personal taste preference.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was shipped.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Procedure for Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we will happily process a replacement or issue a full refund. To help us process this quickly and accurately:

Do not discard the damaged item or its packaging.

Email us immediately at april@bandidashotsauce.com with your order number.

Attach clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping box/packaging.
Upon receiving the necessary information and photos, we will contact you to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 5–10 business days.
